One of the highlights of this episode is the continued development of the characters. We see more of Doku’s interactions with his monster girls, and it’s clear that he’s growing more comfortable in his role as their caretaker. Liz, in particular, is becoming more confident and assertive, while Suu remains her usual sweet and innocent self.

Cuddle, on the other hand, is still struggling with her own insecurities. Her desire to go on a date with Doku is motivated by her desire to prove herself as a “normal” girl, and it’s heartbreaking to see her get rejected. -Az-Animex- Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou - 09...
